When I couldn’t find a pâté that tasted as good as the one I made at home, with locally sourced fresh free range chicken livers and English butter, I decided to create one myself…
The result is truly a labour of love, bringing to you a smooth, utterly delicious handmade pâté. It is made fresh every week, in open pans by my mum, Christine and me. It really only needs some fresh bread and perhaps a nice glass of red!
